Safety events can be tracked in the Safety module or in the Safety Cross section of the SIMs. Data collected are shown in the SIM Safety Cross section. From the Safety module, it is possible to query safety events for all the Plants. Events can be created from the Safety module for all levels, or from SIMs at their specific level.

Select Add Incident to create a New Incident.
Two 2 families of incidents can be declared:
First Aid/High Potential Near Miss -> represented with “Blue” color
Incident with Medical Treatment -> represented with “Red” color
In case of «Incident with Medical Treatment», users must declare the number of man days lost for the incident (minimum 1).
Safety events can be declared, and updated, with no time limitation from today and back in the past.
In each Safety Cross the safety KPIs are present, calculated at SIM level (left) and at plant level (right) for all the SIMs different from SIM5.
The color of each day represents the most severe event recorded on that day.
Show Incident
Consecutive days without accidents with medical treatment: Ongoing calculation year after year, starting January 2021. The counting begins after the last day with an accident with medical treatment.
Record YTD: Is the best score of consecutive days without accidents with medical treatment in the current year.
Days lost YTD: Days the people cannot work due to an accident with medical treatment for the current year.
