SIM2 - 5s Result

Results of executed checklists are shown in the “5S SIM2 Result” section, accessible by selecting the .

SHOP FLOOR 5S RESULTS: Results are aggregated by shift for SIM1, by Production Area for SIM2 and by Plant for SIM3 -SIM5, with the following rules:

Result: is calculated as Number OK results / Number of questions (in %). Blank (not filled) checks are considered as not OK results.

Cell background color:

Gray: no checklist executed

Red : from 0% to 69%

Yellow : from 70% to 89%

Green : from 90% to 100%

*: means that there are checklists not started for at least one shift, regardless of the results.

First clicking on the date, DLMO shows the result (in %). With a second click on the date, DLMO opens the detailed page of the “not OK”results.

Switch “View all answers” to on to view all answers for the selected day.

Clicking on the icon , it is possible to view actions, pictures and comments added in the execution.
