Introduction

In the DLMO main page select SIM Board folder.

Main Page – Digital Gemba

The Digital Gemba is used as a digital support for the Gemba walk, where users can:

• Define actions

• Add comments

• Upload files or pictures directly from the tablet device / smartphone.

Accessing the Digital Gemba page, DLMO shows a unique section where the user can create an action, leaving it open or (selecting the “I see I do” button”) close it directly in the page.

1. Upload images or videos.

2. Enter category dept, line and assign to Gemba or SIM.

3. Add action description.
