Projects

Introduction

In Projects configuration, it is possible to define (or import with an Excel file) the Projects that can be associated with the actions.

It is possible to import projects via Excel (insert only, no update): validation will be applied in order to ensure the consistency of the data available in the Excel file.

Plant Configuration - Plant Projects Overview

In the Projects page you can create or modify the internal Projects. The Projects are defined with the following information:

  • Name

  • Description

  • Leader

  • Status (Open, Closed, Open Delayed, Closed Delayed).

  • Budget

  • Saving

  • Currency

  • Scheduled and Actual Start Date

  • Scheduled and Actual End Date

Plant Configuration - Create/Edit Plant Projects

  1. Select the Edit button or double-click on the selected record to edit the required field in the popup menu.

  2. Create a new Project by selecting the Add button and input the required info.

Plant Configuration - Import Projects with an Excel File

  1. By selecting Excel Import button, you can import the Projects with an Excel file (insert only, no update).

  2. In the Projects Excel Import dialog, select Download Template to download the Excel Template for importing your data.

  3. Select Upload Data to upload the Excel Template with your data.

  4. Click Close to close the dialog.
