EIdeas

1. Filters on top of the screen allow the user to apply further selections, over the main one related to the time:

   • OPEN: all eIdeas excluding implemented or rejected

   • MY SUBMITTED: eIdeas submitted by the logged user

   • MY APPROVAL: eIdeas waiting for the approval of the logged user (as action owner, as direct manager or as key user)

   • MY ACTION: eIdeas having the logged user as action owner and in “Implementing” status

   • CLOSED: eIdeas implemented or rejected

   • DELETED: all deleted eIdeas

   • ALL: all eIdeas (deleted excluded)

2. It is possible to reassign en masse the manager of eIdeas with the function in the main window, selecting one or more current managers, and assigning all the eIdeas assigned to that manager and having the status “Waiting Manager (N+1)” to a new manager.

3. It's possible to create an eIdea.

Approval Escalation Process

1. Select Show Idea from the contextual menu.

2. Select the Approve Idea button.

3. To approve idea null Select the Action Owner.

Reject Escalation Process

1. Select Reject Idea button to reject the idea.

2. Enter the reason for the rejection.
