Filters on top of the screen allow the user to apply further selections, over the main one related to the time:
OPEN: all eIdeas excluding implemented or rejected
MY SUBMITTED: eIdeas submitted by the logged user
MY APPROVAL: eIdeas waiting for the approval of the logged user (as action owner, as direct manager or as key user)
MY ACTION: eIdeas having the logged user as action owner and in “Implementing” status
CLOSED: eIdeas implemented or rejected
DELETED: all deleted eIdeas
ALL: all eIdeas (deleted excluded)
It's possible to create an eIdea.
Select Show Idea from the contextual menu.
Select the Approve Idea button.
To approve idea null Select the Action Owner.
Select Reject Idea button to reject the idea.
Enter the reason for the rejection.
It is possible to reassign en masse the manager of eIdeas with the function in the main window, selecting one or more current managers, and assigning all the eIdeas assigned to that manager and having the status “Waiting Manager (N+1)” to a new manager.
