In the Barrier configuration, it is possible to:
Define (or import with an Excel file) the Barriers that can be declared in SIM1, for all the lines or for a subset.
Associate the Barrier with a specific Category.
Activate or deactivate the Barrier.
In the Barriers configuration page, you can configure Barriers. You can specify the type of stops that occur on the production line, and you can view the source (DMLO or external system).

Click on Edit button to edit the Barrier.
View Category for each Barrier.
Use the flag to activate all lines.
Use the flag to activate the Barriers.
This column shows if the information is sent to DLMO or an eventual external system.
Click on New button to create a new Barrier.
Click on Excel Import button to import Barriers with an Excel file.
Click on New button to create a new Barrier.
Complete the form in the popup menu.
Choose the Category from the drop-down menu. Categories are set in the previous step.
Save the Barrier.
By selecting All Lines button, you can decide if the Barrier is associated with all the Lines or a subset of Lines.
Select one or more Lines in the drop-down menu.
By selecting Excel Import button, you can import the Barriers with an Excel file.
In the Barrier Excel Import dialog, select Download Template to download the Excel Template for importing your data.
Upload the Excel Template with your data.
Click Submit Request button.
