Departments

Introduction

In Department configuration, it is possible to:

• Define the Departments for the plant, managing the department list.

• Activate the SIMSF for some of them (selecting the Support Function checkbox).

• Define the queue link that will be shown in SIMSF.

• Activate or deactivate the department.

Plant Configuration - Plant Departments

1. Control the default code of the Department.

2. Add or edit new Departments if required.

3. Flag if the Department is also a Support Function.

4. Use the Flag to activate each Category.

5. Define the queue link that will be shown in SIM3 and SIM5.
