In Shifts section, it is possible to manage the working shifts, defined in the plant for production lines, to be used in SIM 1 board.
It is possible to download the Shift data from LDS, the structure is the same as LDS. You can define the shifts to apply to every single Line/Cell. The steps to define a Shift are:
With that information, DLMO generates a working calendar plan for each line.
If data are manually inserted, they are shown in black and normal font, and it is possible to edit them.
If data are downloaded from LDS, they are shown in gray and italic font, and they can not be changed.
This configuration impacts the SIM 1 board.
In Shift Template configuration, it is possible to:
Define name and description of the template.
Set the default template to be used (if not defined, DLMO uses the first in the list).
Activate or deactivate the template.
Add one or more Templates by clicking the Add button.
Click on Edit button or double-click the selected row to edit the required fields in the pop-up menu.
Use the flag to activate the ongoing Shift Template.
Add a new Shift Template.
Insert Name and Description.
Select the Active flag to use it as default in the ongoing Shift Template.
Use the flag to activate the ongoing Shift Template.
In this section, it is available the Line Closed template for the shift.
In Shift Definition configuration, it is possible to define the Shifts for each Template (maximum 3 shifts per day), with Name, Description, Shift Number, Start and End Time (and also if the end time is on the same day of the start time, or on the next day). The system automatically calculates duration.
Do not associate any Shift with the Line Closed template in the Shift Definition section. Use Line Closed only in the Shift Calendar section.
Add a Shift Name for each available Template.
Double-click on a row to edit the required fields in the popup menu.
Add the Time settings of each Shift start and end date.
Choose if the last Shift is ending the current day or not.
In Shift/Line Association configuration, it is possible to associate one of the existing Templates with every day of every line (so the related daily shifts), by double-clicking on every line's row.
Once associations are defined, DLMO generates the related Line Calendar for the Lines, accessible in View Only from the Shift Calendar view.
Select the Production Area and the Line to see the Shift Template associated with the Line.
Double-click on a row to edit the required fields and assign a Shift Template to a Line.
For each Line you associate a Shift Template by day of the week.
Save the association.
Shift/Line association coming from LDS can not be edited.
Line Closed template can be used in the Shift Calendar, to define that no shifts are planned for the line on the specified days.
In the Calendar view, it is only possible to deactivate the Scheduled to run (option set by default for all the Shifts) for Shifts of lines not interfaced with LDS.
It is also possible to do it en masse in the EXCEL UPDATE section, downloading the scheduling, updating it and uploading it.
Select the Production Area and the Line to see the Calendar.
The Calendar is automatically set based on the previous steps.
By Unflagging, you can declare that a Shift is not scheduled to run.
Select Excel Update option to deactivate the Scheduled to run en masse.
In the Shift Calendar Excel Update dialog, select Download Template to download the Excel template for importing your data.
Upload the Excel Template with your data.
Click Close to close the dialog.
