In Plant Hierarchy, it is possible to manage (list, create, modify or delete) the plants for the installation and their production structure, in terms of:
Click on Plant Hierarchy tab to start the process.
Click on Region Plant Configuration tab to manage the list of regional plants that can be activated. It is possible to create new plants, defining all the attributes required, or delete existing plants.
Select the Region you want to manage.
Click on the row.
Select an action:
Add a new country in the selected Region and enter all the required attributes.
Edit the country by changing one or more attributes.
Delete the selected country.
Click on Plant tab to configure the Plant. It is possible to:
Add new plants for DLMO (with “Add” button, selecting them from the list managed in Region Plant Configuration).
Delete an existing plant (If a plant is deleted, all data is lost and is no longer available for historical inquiries).
Visualize the attributes, set in “Region Plant” page, that have impact on the functionalities (like Time Zone, used in the time filters, or the currency used in KPIs).
Manage the interface with LDS and set the overall connection parameters (used for the shift definition and some KPIs).
Define the queue link that will be shown in SIM3 and SIM5.
Deactivate an existing plant (all the backend procedures will be blocked and historical data will not be available from DLMO).
Activate an existing plant (all the backend procedures will be unlocked and historical
data will be available from DLMO).
Edit the attributes of an existing plant (currency used in KPIs, Define the queue link that will be shown in SIM3 and SIM5, Activate/Deactivate the plant).
Add new plants for DLMO (with Add button, selecting them from the list managed in Region Plant Configuration).
Delete an existing plant (all the plant data will not be available also for historical inquiry).
Edit the attributes of an existing plant (currency used in KPIs, Define the queue link that will be shown in SIM3 and SIM5, Activate/Deactivate the plant).
Click on Production Area tab to configure the Area. It is possible to:
Create the Production Areas for the plant.
Define the queue link that will be shown in SIM2.
Activate or deactivate the Production Area.
Control and add the Production Areas by double-clicking on each row or clicking on Add button.
Use the flag to activate each Production Area.
Save the changes.
Click on Cell Group tab to:
Create the Cell Groups for the plant.
Set the activation of value consolidation in SIM1 (to aggregate the KPI for each line at Cell Group level).
Activate or deactivate the Cell Group.
Control and add the Cell Groups by double-clicking on each row or clicking on Add button.
Use the flag to activate each Cell Group.
Save the changes.
Click on Production Line/Cell tab to:
Create the Line/Cell for the plant.
Assign it to a specific Cell Group.
Activate the interface with LDS and set the specific line connection parameters (used for the. shift definition and some KPIs).
Activate or deactivate the Line/Cell.
Control and add the Cells by double-clicking on each row or clicking on Add button.
Use the flag to activate each Cell.
Verify the full hierarchy for each Cell.
Complete and Save.
Is it possible to import (not update or delete) DLMO lines/cell with an Excel template, by accessing the Excel Import section.
It is possible to Delete the Line if the line is referenced into the database; if not, you can deactivate it.
Click on Plant Equipment Hierarchy tab to query the plant definition, and download it for mapping with external systems.
It is possible to Export the Plant Equipment Hierarchy (right-click) for mapping with external systems.
